36-inch induction cooktop, operated with its own controls with 3 PowerFlex cooking areas for maximum performance. A variety of additional functions such as Stop & Go and timers make your work in the kitchen so much easier. Read More
Our PowerFlex cooking zones are just as versatile and varied as your cooking needs: Whether you are using individual pans, particularly large pots, or oven dishes – it can all be done without a hitch. And you will always save a considerable amount of time: The booster output of up to 7.3 kW provides an unsurpassed heating speed.
Concentrate fully on cooking: With Con@ctivity 3.0, your ventilation hood always knows exactly what to do. When the cooktop is switched on or off, the ventilation hood reacts automatically, adapting the extraction power to what’s happening on the cooktop and thus maintaining a pleasant room climate. The appliances communicate with each other via Wi-Fi. Con@ctivity 3.0 allows you to integrate the ventilation hood and cooktop into Miele@home
Power levels and times are incredibly quick and easy to adjust with SmartSelect. Each cooking zone has a numerical display with yellow backlighting, which is easy to see from any angle. The 3-digit timer is noticeably easier to set with SmartSelect, since the kitchen timer and safety shut-off can be selected separately.
Optimum protection in every situation: The system lock reliably protects you from unauthorized or accidental switching on. If a cooking zone is operated for an unusually long time at the same power level or if there is no pot on a cooktop that is switched on, it switches off automatically. Another helpful tool worth noting is the residual heat indicator: It reminds you not to touch the cooking zones when they are still hot.
For bringing food to the boil really quickly: With Miele's exclusive TwinBooster function, you can concentrate the power output of 2 cooking zones on a single zone when needed. Or distribute the induction power individually – and cook even more flexibly.
You just have to switch on the cooktop – if a pan has already been placed on one of the cooking zones, the corresponding control element is activated automatically. So you no longer have to turn on the individual cooking zones manually. What's more, the size of the pot or pan is recognized automatically – for extremely energy-efficient operation.
More convenient cooking: With the Stop & Go function, you can reduce all cooking zones to power level 1 at the touch of a single button, so you can leave the cooktop unattended for a short time. Thanks to the automatic keeping warm function, your food stays at serving temperature. And another plus: If you set the timer, the cooking zone switches off automatically once this time has elapsed. The recall function saves your settings for 10 seconds.
