Our return policy varies on the reason for your return. For new, in-box products, we offer a 7-day return policy, so long as your purchase is unopened (or defective). Opened products must be in like-new condition with all original paperwork and accessories and will require a 15 percent restocking fee. Defective products must be validated by our team first before returning within 3 days of purchase. Scratch and dent products only qualify for exchange if it is deemed “unrepairable” by our technician within 7 days of purchase. Special order and customer order products do not qualify for a return.
