Still raw or already too dry? The built-in roast probe enables you to measure the core temperature of meat or fish so you can cook it precisely to your particular taste. Thanks to the countdown indicator, you can see exactly how long your roast still has to go – meaning you can even leave the kitchen should you need to. The probe is easy to use, with a great feel, and the results are succulent and flavorsome.

All intelligent Miele domestic appliances can be networked conveniently and securely. Operation is simple – whether you use the Miele app, voice control, or integration into existing smart-home solutions. The appliances are networked via a home WiFi router and the Miele Cloud.
